We sell our products on our Online store system to private customers and companies within the European Union. The prices include the 24 % value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included in the prices.
The customer is obligated to read the delivery terms and conditions before ordering in the Online store system. When a customer submits an order in the Online store system, he/she agrees to the delivery terms and conditions.
The colors of yarns shown on a computer screen may look different in nature.

When a customer submits an order in the Online store system, he/she receives an automatically generated order confirmation which is sent to the email address given by the customer. It is also possible to print out the order confirmation direct in the Online store system.
The following methods of payment are available in the Online store: online banking systems of Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, S-pankki, Aktia, and Ålandsbanken, and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club).
Paytrail is the product vendor for orders paid with online banking systems, Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. The parties of the transaction are the customer and Paytrail. Consequently, Paytrail is responsible for all related obligations. Paytrail is also the recipient of the payment.

We normally send orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The products are normally sent in 1-4 days after the payment has been received. Please note! The delivery times might be longer during holiday seasons. The delivery time for looms is usually 2-4 weeks, and for warps it is about 1-2 weeks. Some of the products can be temporarily out of stock. We will notify longer-term delays in the Online store.
If one of the products you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email, so please check your email after the order.
By ordering, you agree to the couriers' terms and conditions. The available shipment methods are shown once the delivery address country is selected. The main shipment methods outside Finland are PostNord's MyPack and DPD parcel services.
Deliveries within Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Benelux countries are mainly shipped by PostNord's MyPack-service. You can get more information from MyPack including trace your parcel from http://www.postnord.fi/en/business/Pages/business.... .
DPD parcels service is available for all the countries in European Union. DPD parcels will be delivered to your given address. Delivery times are: Scandinavia 2-3 days; Europe 2-7 days, excluding shipment day. You can trace your parcel from http://www.postnord.fi/en/business/Pages/business.... .
Products within Finland are delivered with Posti or with PostNord's MyPack-service. You can trace your Posti parcels from http://www.posti.fi/private/ and your MyPack parcel from http://www.postnord.fi/en/business/Pages/business.... .
The products can also be retrieved from our store (Toika Oy, Haittilantie 4 A, 37800 Akaa, Finland).
The delivery charges depend on your country and size of the products ordered.
All products sold to private customers in the Toika Online store can be returned within 14 days after the customer has received the delivery. The returning of the products must be agreed in advance by e-mail or telephone. The customer is obliged to pack the products carefully.
If the ordered products are incorrect or damaged, or if you notice an error, please notify us immediately via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+3583-5421095) during store opening hours (Mon-Fri 8.30 - 16.30). Defective products may be returned or exchanged without extra charges. If you notice that the package you are receiving is damaged on the way, make a claim directly to the courier.

-Postal companies such as Posti Group Oyj or PostNord Oy depending on the delivery.

You may request from us, at any time:
● Access to all the personal data concerning you;
● The rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data that concern you;

Your requests will be handled with full attention to ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity to ensure that personal data is only shared with its owner.
You must keep in mind that, in certain cases (due to legal requirements, for example), your request might not be immediately met.
At any rate, you will be informed of all the measures taken, within the maximum period of one month, from the moment your request is made.
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from Toika Oy on whether their data are being used or not and, if so, to access their personal data and information as specified in the law.

The data subject has the right to demand from Toika Oy, without unjustified delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure of data
The data subject has the right to obtain from Toika Oy the erasure of their data, without unjustified delay, and Toika Oy must erase personal data when one of the following ground applies:
a) The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected or processed for;
b) The data subjects withdraws his/her consent regarding the data processing (when processing depends on consent) and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
c) The data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.
Right to restriction of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain from Toika Oy restriction of processing if, namely, one of the following grounds applies:
a) The data subject contests the accuracy of personal data, during a period that enables Toika Oy to verify its accuracy;
b) The data processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes to have his/her data erased, requesting the restriction of use instead;
c) Toika Oy no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
d) The data subject opposes to the processing, unless the controller's legitimate grounds override those of the data subject.
Right to data portability
If the processing depends upon the consent of the data subject, and that consent has been given automatically, the data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data that he/she provided to Toika Oy in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format.
